Brainstorming – How do you brainstorm ideas?
Brainstorming is a problem solving technique using rapid generation of ideas. In a group, everyone is encouraged to toss out ideas as quickly as they enter their minds. The more spontaneous contribution of ideas from all members of the group, the better.
No value judgments, just an outpouring of ideas. All concepts and ideas are welcome. This creates a safe environment and a synergy, with one idea spurring another.Do this until the ideas are exhausted. Then, analyze what you have learned as a group to determine which ideas are helpful in solving the issue at hand.
