I Can’t

 

This is the simplest activity in the book to do, but the hardest one to follow.

 

  1. Take a blank piece of paper and as big as you can, write the words… I CAN’T!”

 

  1. Crumple that paper up into a ball.

 

  1. Throw it up in the air!
    As hard as you can!

 

That’s it!  Throw away your “I Can’t!” attitude.
