This is more of a challenge…
Every day, I want you to write down 10 ideas. Get yourself a journal, use Outlook, Word, or pages. Just write down 10 ideas per day. They don’t have to be award winning ideas or even good ones. Just ideas.
They can be about work, home, hobbies, family, or all of the above.
If you agree with scientists, that your brain functions similarly to muscles in your body, where the more you use it, the stronger it becomes, then take this challenge.
The more you exercise your brain, the stronger it will become and the easier it will be for you to come up with good ideas.
Watch how it become easier once you start doing it. See how the over-all quality of the ideas get better. See how fast you get at it.
Think about it. If you do this exercise for one year, you will have 3,560 ideas! At lest 10 or so will be winners!
Try it… I challenge you!
