Beyond The Boundaries

Action Tip

Left Brainers: Once a week, try something you have never done before, really.

Right Brainers: Once a day, sit quietly and think calming thoughts for 15 minutes.  I know.  Force yourself.

Grab your pen and paper again!

Question: Are you more like a square or a circle?  Write it down.

Now, tell me why?  Think of all the reasons you could justify to anyone why you are more like one over the other.

I know all you sophisticates out there think all this sounds silly and you are tempted to skip it and keep reading…  Don’t.  These exercises really do train your brain to think differently.  Stay with me on these.
